Women- ‘Move into this building and you will have the opportunity to have sexy adventures with mysteriously rugged men’.

A stroke of advertising genius. Guys wont admit it, but deep down, all they want is a healthy uterus surrounded by soft babeflesh to sire them a son. A glorious son who will one day own an even bigger and better condo than him and his father before him. Just as women wont admit it, but they all want to have irresponsibly unprotected sex with a douchebag who will never call them back. They’ll tell all their friends it was rape, but they’ll hug their lonely pillow every night and become nostalgic for the smell of stale cigarettes and beer that he carried on his shirt.

So my question is, why not make it realistic?

I think adding a greazy guy like Jeff to this poster adds not only a touch of class, but also a touch of reality. A woman is much more likely to want to coat the walls of her uterus with man juice from a guy who can tear his own shirt off rather than some douchebag in a denim coat (above). Chicks also dig confidence, something Jeff is clearly demonstrating with his flabby flexing, rather than the ’sad quiet queer’ approach we see from douchebag above.

I doubt there would be a 2nd phase of occupancy if they hired Jeff to model for their board. I believe phase 1 would be the only one they need.

Last night we all went downtown and got our party on. Kyle Lafleur is pictured above, post party, asleep on the 95 bus. The picture is being taken by Jorden, from outside the bus as it drives away from the stop that we all got off at. Kyle woke up before the next stop, and actually caught up to Jorden as he was getting into his truck at 39c… he wasn’t very happy to say the least.

Moral of the story, don’t make friends with anyone. They’re just going to fuck with you as soon as you fall asleep.
