Armistice Day
Posted by G-rant - 20/11/08 at 07:11:02 amHi all,
I apologize for the tardyness of this post because it was supposed to be posted last Wednesday. Either way, as your European correspondent I feel that it is my duty to tell you of my adventure to the Vimy Ridge monument in Vimy France that I did on Rememberance Day. This small piece of Canadian territory in northern France is the site of one of Canada’s most important strategic offensives of the First World War. You can all go to Wikipedia and get a detailed description of the event, but I’ll give you a short run down.

Where The Monks Brew Best
Posted by G-rant - 12/11/08 at 03:11:41 pmHey Friends!
Yeah, yeah I know it’s been a long time and I haven’t been diligent with any updates (at all) for most of you, about my current situation. That situation being, I’m in Belgium! It is the land of beer (Abbey and Trappist especially), loose weed laws and looser women. Guelph Trip
Posted by Prashant - 11/11/08 at 01:11:48 amLast week Rich Redmond, Chris Campbell, and myself (now dubbed as the Dinosaur Crew) took a short trip to Guelph. On the drive there we stopped in Trenton to ride their park full of mutant, half brained children. I’m pretty terrible with digital point and shoot cameras, but had one with me, so click below to see photos and read more.

Tour Life
Posted by Prashant - 14/09/08 at 08:09:53 pmWhile the look of Capital BMX will be getting an update, thanks to the work of Matt Davidson, I feel the urge to start updating the site. With the crash of the previous site, we lost all the posts made, but I have lots of new content to put up, so sit tight.
Recently I got to travel to do shows down in Allentown, PA and Windsor, ON. A lot of hanging around fairs and small towns, but a few interesting excursions and experiences thrown in. Check out more photos from the trip after the jump.
