Hate This Premiere Recap

mayfair

This past weekend saw the Hate This video premiere. If you weren’t there, you better have a good excuse. The video went off amazingly well, despite some very last minute fears/technical problems. Rich Redmond poured himself in to this project over the last year, and the end result shows it. Fantastic full parts from Jeff Bedard (epic Cockmaster show in the bonus), Chris Bryan, Chris Chitaroni, Pat Denis & Charles Deschamps, Paul Berger, Tommy Hains, Jorden Guth, Jon Jamieson, Rich Redmond, Ben Kaufmann, Kyle Lafleur, and roughly 11 more parts in the extras. Loads of friends showed up from all over Ottawa, Toronto, and a real strong contingent of riders from Montreal. After the premiere most people made their way to the ice rink at Fourth Street and Lyon for an Ottawa vs. Montreal game. Team Montreal won 8-2 I believe. Thanks to everyone for coming out and supporting it. It is events like this, and the people involved, that make the Ottawa BMX community such a strong force and something to be proud of. For only $15 you can pick up copies of the DVD from Rich directly, or head down to Top Of The World, Joe Mamma’s, or Phat Moose Cycles and they should have copies for sale too. Thanks again to Rich, and all the sponsors (Ten Pack, Joe Mamma, Top of the World, Phat Moose Cycles) and the people involved that help make this event happen. 1. lol! great pics. i think the final score was like 12-9 Mtl over Ott. The cup will be engraved with the winners and hopefully it can remain somewhat of a tradition?

the cup is at the hate house.
