Karl Oxindoxin, back when people would call him by his real name.
This Throwback Thursday is loaded with classic pictures as Karl found a gold mine of old photos from the 2005 Freuban contest held in Ottawa. I’m not sure who the original photographer is, but you can check out over 50 pages of photos in the archives of mtbkanata here, and click below to see a small collection of them that I uploaded.

Chris Campbell, seen here with much larger hair, tore his ACL during practice, and had it misdiagnosed for over a year.

Ted was jumping the box and landing in a pedal grind down the ledge. A couple time he missed and slid on his ass, and burned a hole in the snowsuit.

me and karl had a good laugh going though these. if you look though all the shitty photos you might notice that every no hander and nothing is timed perfectly. what the fuck hahaha.

original photog = joe elliot of mtbkanata. fun fact, he and eric the tech from joe mammas started mtbkanata way back in the day and both played a huge role in keeping the mtb/street scene in ottawa together, as well as provided us with an awesome time capsule of photographs and video.
